Lowry EcoSolutions (LE) is owned by Eric C. Lowry, P.E.
Services offered by LE include home energy audits, HERS ratings, building performance testing, rain barrel and rain garden design and installation, and civil and environmental engineering. Eric Lowry is a licensed professional engineer in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and has practiced as a professional engineer for twenty-three years. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University (1988) and a Master of Science degree in Water Resources and Environmental Engineering from Villanova University (2005).
Mr. Lowry specializes in energy auditing, building performance testing, stormwater management and water resources design / construction, and land development and subdivision planning.
LE is an independent service provider and we do not have any financial ties to any contractor. We take compensation only from our clients and our allegiance is to you. We will offer recommendations regarding contractors based on the energy audit results and your goals. You are always free to take our recommendations or use a contractor of your own choosing. Either way, we receive compensation only from you, our client.
Eric holds the following certifications:
- Building Performance Institute (BPI) Building Analyst Professional , Envelope Professional, Multifamily Analysit, and Residential Building Envelope Whole House Air Leakage Control Installer.
LE is a licensed contractor in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (license no. PA063233).
Mr. Lowry has been and continues to be a long-time supporter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) and encourages everyone to give of their time and money to causes of their choosing.
Mr. Lowry was the Chairman of the Lower Merion Township Environmental Advisory Council (2009 -2011) and speaks regularly to public groups in an effort to increase awareness and education regarding the impact we have on our environment and how we can all make simple changes to reduce that impact.
